The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts was set up to combine performance, technical innovation, understanding and business awareness for youngsters intent on sustained careers in the arts and entertainment economy. Leeds Conservatoire is a leading European conservatoire and the largest in the United Kingdom. The conservatoire provides music education to a community of over 1,900 musicians through a variety of programs, including undergraduate and postgraduate degree courses, numerous short courses for all ages, and a Saturday Music School for young musicians aged nine–18.
